- 2. APPROVE THE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH NNP III-EMR 4, LLC FOR RAINBOW VALLEY IRRIGATION LINE RECOMMENDATION: Approve the License Agreement with NNP III-EMR 4, LLC for an irrigation line in Rainbow Valley. (Linda Beals, Real Estate Coordinator)
- 3. EXTENSION OF THE ABEL RANCH PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL RECOMMENDATION: Approve a one-year extension of the Preliminary Plat of Abel Ranch. (Katie Wilken, Planning Manager)

- 6. PUBLIC HEARING OF FIVE-YEAR WATER, WASTEWATER, SOLID WASTE AND STORMWATER RATES AND FEES RECOMMENDATION: Public hearing of five-year water, wastewater, solid waste and stormwater rates and fees. (Doug Sandstrom, Finance Director; Javier Setovich, Public Works Director)

DISCUSSION OF FIVE-YEAR WATER, WASTEWATER, SOLID WASTE AND STORMWATER RATES AND FEES RECOMMENDATION: Council discussion on public input and recommendations to modify water, wastewater, solid waste and stormwater rates and fees plans for 2021-2025. PARKS & RECREATION FACILITY USER FEES RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2020-2114 APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE RECREATION AND AQUATICS CENTER FEE SCHEDULE; ADOPTING A MILITARY DISCOUNT, AMENDING THE SYSTEM-WIDE PARK RENTAL FEES AND ADOPTING FEES FOR SERVICES AT CITY PARKS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE RESOLUTION AND FEES.
