- 1 While the Goodyear City Council meetings are open to the public, the occupancy has been reduced to implement social distancing. Seating is generally available on a first come basis, but meeting attendees will be cycling in and out so attendees may be present during items of interest. Face Masks are required and must be worn when moving throughout the building.

Council discussion and review of proposed city code amendments which will revise Chapter 11 to add a new Section 11-1-38 to establish marijuana regulations, restrictions and penalties and clarify the definitions in Article 10-1 of Goodyear City Code and provide an update on human resource policy changes to ensure compliance with Arizona Proposition 207. (Lisa Maxie-Mullins, Assistant City Attorney)
- 2. City Council to receive an update on judicial branch activity for the Goodyear Municipal Court for FY20 as well as future Court initiatives. (Hon. Mayra Galindo, Presiding Judge)
