The District Board will conduct a Public Hearing to receive comments regarding any of the final expenditures and tax levy in the Palm Valley Community Facilities District No. 3 (PVCFD#3) (City of Goodyear, Arizona) for Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015. a. ADOPT RESOLUTION PVCFD#3 RES 14-040 APPROVING THE FINAL BUDGET BY THE PALM VALLEY COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 3 BOARD FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2014 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2015. PURPOSE: District Board will conduct a Public Hearing to receive comments regarding any of the proposed expenditures for PVCFD#3 for Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2014 and ending June 30, 2015, as required by law.
