ADOPT RESOLUTION PVCFD#3 RES 13-037 APPROVING THE FINAL BUDGET BY THE PALM VALLEY COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 3 BOARD FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2013 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2014. PURPOSE: District Board will conduct a Public Hearing to receive comments regarding any of the proposed expenditures for the Palm Valley Community Facilities District No. 3 for Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2013 and Ending June 30, 2014, as required by law.
