RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE FISCAL YEAR 2013-2014 TENTATIVE BUDGET AND SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PALM VALLEY COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 3 RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION PVCFD#3 RES 13-035 APPROVING THE TENTATIVE BUDGET BY THE PALM VALLEY COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 3 BOARD FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2013 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2014. PURPOSE: District Board will consider a resolution to approve the tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2013-2014, set a Public Hearing for June 17, 2013, and consider the adoption of the Tax Levy on June 17, 2013, both starting at 5:00 P.M., in the Goodyear Justice Center, at 185 North 145th Avenue (southeast corner of 145th Avenue and Van Buren Street), Goodyear, Arizona.
