MONTECITO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2015, FINAL ASSESSMENT HEARING RECOMMENDATION: 1. The Estrella Mountain Ranch Community Facilities District Board (the “Board”) will conduct a final assessment hearing for assessments levied in support of the Districts’ Special Assessment Revenue Bonds (Montecito Assessment District No. 2), Series 2015. a. Open Public Hearing b. Staff Overview c. Received Public Comments d. Close Public Hearing 2. ADOPT RESOLUTION EMRCFD RES 15-098 APPROVING THE RECAPITULATION OF THE ASSESSMENT AND THE PROCEEDINGS HERETOFORE HAD AND TAKEN FOR THE ESTRELLA MOUNTAIN RANCH COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT (CITY OF GOODYEAR, ARIZONA) MONTECITO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2, DETERMINING THE WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND ORDERING THE COLLECTION OF THE AMOUNT ASSESSED AS RECAPITULATED. PURPOSE: The Board will conduct a final assessment hearing and consider Resolution EMRCFD RES 15-098 approving the recapitulated assessment. (Larry Lange, District Treasurer)
