LEVYING OF AN ASSESSMENT FOR MONTECITO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT REVENUE BONDS RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION EMRCFD RES 14-096 APPROVING THE LEVYING OF AN ASSESSMENT FOR MONTECITO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 WITHIN THE ESTRELLA MOUNTAIN RANCH COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT (CITY OF GOODYEAR, ARIZONA). PURPOSE: The Board will consider Resolution No. EMRCFD RES 14-096 authorizing the levy of an assessment for the eventual issuance of Special Assessment Revenue Bonds of Montecito Assessment District No. 2 (bonds to be authorized at December 15, 2014 Board meeting).
