AUTHORIZE FIRST AMENDMENTS TO A SUBSTITUTE COLLATERAL AGREEMENT, ADDITIONAL STANDBY CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT AND DEPOSITORY AGREEMENT FOR CFUD#1 RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION CFUD#1 RES 13-085 AUTHORIZING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO SUBSTITUTE COLLATERAL AGREEMENT, FIRST AMENDMENT TO ADDITIONAL STANDBY CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO DEPOSITORY; APPROVING THE FORM OF SUCH DOCUMENTS AND AUTHORIZING COMPLETION, EXECUTION AND DELIVERY THEREOF; AND RATIFYING ALL ACTIONS TAKEN OR TO BE TAKEN TO FURTHER THIS RESOLUTION. PURPOSE: District Board will consider Resolution CFUD#1 RES 13-085, which approves the form of multiple contract amendments required in connection with the issuance and sale of general obligation refunding bonds by the CFGD#1.
