ESTABLISHMENT OF REGULAR MEETING DAY, TIME AND PLACE FOR THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT RECOMMENDATION: Establish a regular meeting day, time and place for the Board of Adjustment. PURPOSE: The Rules of Procedures for the Board of Adjustment state that the Board will meet as necessary to consider a variance or appeal that has been filed. Establishment of a regular meeting day, time and place will facilitate the scheduling of meetings and provide information to potential applicants when a variance request or appeal might be heard by the Board based on the date such a request is filed.
