ELECTION OF OFFICERS RECOMMENDATION: Conduct election of Chairman and Vice Chairman for the upcoming year. PURPOSE: The Rules of Procedures for the Planning and Zoning Commission state that the Chairman and Vice Chairman shall be elected annually at the first meeting in January.
