AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF TWO (2) UTILITY EASEMENTS TO ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY REQUIRED FOR DEVELOPMENT OF WELL SITE 26 LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF VAN BUREN STREET AND BULLARD WASH RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the execution of (2) Utility Easement attached hereto granting Arizona Public Service Company, an Arizona corporation two (2) Utility Easements, which are required for the development of Well Site 26.
