AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT TO ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY REQUIRED FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE GOODYEAR RECREATION CAMPUS LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF HARRISON STREET AND ESTRELLA PARKWAY RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the execution of the Utility Easement attached hereto granting Arizona Public Service Company, an Arizona corporation the Utility Easement, which is required for the development of the Goodyear Recreation Campus.
