RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENTS ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT PROPOSED ACTION: Subject to the passage of statewide ballot measure I-23-2020 known as “Smart and Safe Arizona Act” certified as Proposition 207 and placed on the November 3, 2020 general election, recommend approval of the amendments to Articles 2-2 Definitions, 3-4-1 I-1 Light Industrial Park, and 3-4-2 I-2 General Industrial Park of the Goodyear Zoning Ordinance, the addition Article 4-2-17 Marijuana Dual Facility to the Goodyear Zoning Ordinance, as reflected in the attached documents and approval of the CHAA Map attached hereto.
