ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 2020-1476 AMENDING ARTICLE 3 (ZONING DISTRICTS) OF THE GOODYEAR ZONING ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CORRECTIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTIES.
