AUTHORIZE THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEDICATION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY, SIDEWALK AND ACCESS EASEMENT REQUIRED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT HUSTLE RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the acceptance of the dedication of the easement described in the Public Utility, Sidewalk and Access Easement attached hereto and authorize the city manager to execute a Public Utility, Sidewalk and Access Easement in the form attached hereto, accepting the dedication once the city has received the original executed Public Utility, Sidewalk and Access Easement from the current property owner.
