AUTHORIZE THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEDICATION OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED FROM RADOS PROPERTIES-CALIFORNIA LAND, LLC RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the acceptance of the dedication of the property described in the Special Warranty Deed attached hereto and authorize the city manager to execute a Special Warranty Deed in the form attached hereto accepting the dedication once the city has received the original executed Special Warranty Deed from Rados Properties-California Land, LLC, a California limited liability company.
