APPROVE THE GENERAL FUND REVENUE UPDATE AND ESSENTIAL BUDGET ADDITIONS FOR FY2021 RECOMMENDATION: Approve required budget transfers of $1,986,400 for the General Fund and $17,000 in the Officer Safety Equipment fund, the addition of 10 full-time positions, and the vehicle related expenditures to implement the additions discussed in this report.
