PUBLIC HEARING FOR FY2021 TRUTH IN TAXATION AND FINAL BUDGET ADOPTION AND APPROVE TRUTH IN TAXATION INCREASE RECOMMENDATION: 1. Conduct a public hearing on the proposed increase of $207,437 in the primary property tax levy and Resolution No. 2020-2036 which adopts the final estimates by the city of Goodyear for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2021. 2.
