APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE CITIZEN RATE REVIEW COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: Approve the recommended appointments to the Citizen Rate Review Committee for a term beginning February 24, 2020 and ending December 31, 2020. The City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty to any appointees in attendance. (Javier Setovich, Public Works Director)
