APPROVE THE RECOMMENDED APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES RECOMMENDATION: Approve the recommended appointments to the Arts and Culture Commission and the Public Safety Personnel Retirement Boards for the terms set forth below. The City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty to the appointees in attendance.
