GRANT-IN-AID AGREEMENT WITH THE TOHONO O’ODHAM NATION AND GOODYEAR POLICE DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Grant-In-Aid agreement between the Tohono O’odham Nation and the city of Goodyear for a grant award in the amount of $31,000 to the Goodyear Police Department for the purchase of an unmanned aerial vehicle and authorize the City Manager or her designee to execute all documents necessary to administer the grant award; and approve the related FY2020 budget transfer for $31,000 that is required to expend the grant.
