ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 2019-2006 ADOPTING THE LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS PLAN (IIP), PROVIDING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ASSESS DEVELOPMENT FEES, AND PROVIDING FOR CORRECTIONS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 2.
