RESTATEMENT AND SECOND AMENDMENT OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE AVONDALE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 44 FOR JOINT USE OF SCHOOL AND PARK FACILITIES PROPOSED ACTION: 1. Approve the Restatement and Second Amendment of Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Goodyear and Avondale Elementary School District No. 44 for Joint Use of School and Park Facilities and associated deeds. 2. Authorize and direct the City Manager or her designee to take any and all actions to execute all documents necessary to carry out the intent of the agreement.
