AUTHORIZE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PUBLIC UTILITY, SIDEWALK AND ACCESS EASEMENT ADJACENT TO BULLARD AVENUE PROPOSED ACTION: Authorize the acceptance of the Public Utility, Sidewalk, and Access Easement attached hereto and direct the City Manager to execute the easement and the City Clerk to record the executed easement upon the determination by the City of Goodyear Real Estate Coordinator that Cardinal Capital Co., an Arizona general partnership has no interest in the easement area.
