APPROVE THE ISSUANCE OF AN UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE EASEMENT FOR FLOOD CONTROL PURPOSES TO THE FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY PROPOSED ACTION: Approve the issuance of the Underground Drainage Easement for Flood Control Purposes “Easement” contingent upon approval by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and receipt by the City of the original executed document from the Flood Control District.
