ACCEPT THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE BULLETPROOF VEST PARTNERSHIP GRANT AWARD PROPOSED ACTION: Accept grant funds awarded by the U.S. Department of Justice Bulletproof Vest Partnership (BVP) program to the Goodyear Police Department in the amount of $21,876.87 and approve the related FY2019 budget transfer for $21,900 that is required to expend the grant.
