APPROVE THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR GOODYEAR POLICE OFFICERS TO WORK OFF-DUTY AT EVENTS OCCURRING AT THE STATE FARM STADIUM PROPOSED ACTION: Approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the city of Goodyear for Goodyear police officers to work off-duty at events occurring at the State Farm Stadium.
