The Council will receive an update on the progress and timelines for revising Development Impact Fees (DIF) which will include information on added stakeholder meetings on the draft Land Use Assumptions (LUA) and Infrastructure Improvement Plan (IIP) and the related change in the schedule for adoption new fees.
