AUTHORIZE THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF GLENDALE FOR POLICE OFFICERS TO WORK OFF-DUTY SECURITY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX STADIUM PROPOSED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the city of Glendale and city of Goodyear for Goodyear police officers to work off-duty at events occurring at the University of Phoenix Stadium.
