Approve the “Re-plat of Tract D of the Re-Plat of Las Brisas Phase 2A”, subject to stipulations. 2. Approve the “Re-Plat of a Portion of the Final Plat of Las Brisas Phase 2B and a Re-Plat of a Portion of the Re-Plat of Tract D of the Re-Plat of Las Brisas Phase 2A (Phase 2B.1)” (the “Phase 2B.1 Plat”), subject to stipulations. 3. Approve the “Re-Plat of a Portion of the Final Plat of Las Brisas Phase 2B (Phase 2B.2)” (the “Phase 2B.2 Plat”), subject to stipulations. 4. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 17-1847 ABANDONING CERTAIN STREETS AND RELINQUISHING ALL INTEREST IN CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS DEDICATED TO THE CITY IN THE FINAL PLAT OF LAS BRISAS PHASE 2B; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ABANDONMENT AND IMPOSING REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE ABANDONMENT TO BECOME EFFECTIVE; AND IMPOSING A DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF THE ABANDONMENT.
