APPOINTMENTS TO THE ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION PROPOSED ACTION: 1. Appoint Paul Evans to the Arts and Culture Commission for a three-year term commencing on January 1, 2018 and expiring on December 31, 2020. 2. Appoint Frances Fee to the Arts and Culture Commission for a three-year term commencing on January 1, 2018 and expiring on December 31, 2020. 3. Appoint Elizabeth Glenn to the Arts and Culture Commission for a three-year term commencing on January 1, 2018 and expiring on December 31, 2020. 4. Appoint Jennifer Barnes to the Arts and Culture Commission as the Alternate, non-voting member with a four-year term commencing on January 31, 2018 and expiring on December 31, 2021. 5.
