The City Council will receive an overview of the draft City Strategic Plan through FY2021 reflecting the Focus Area definitions and Goals developed during the October 2017 Strategic Planning Retreat and refined with input from city staff. Following the review, staff recommends Council establish consensus regarding any final changes to the plan prior to potential adoption during an upcoming regular meeting.
