Approve a request for a Use Permit for a convenience use (store with gas sales) to be constructed on an approximately two-acre parcel as described in the preliminary site plan dated October 25, 2017 submitted with the Use Permit application, which is located within the Pebble Creek Marketplace commercial center at the southwest corner of McDowell Road and Pebble Creek Parkway, subject to stipulations.
