REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE FIRE AND POLICE PUBLIC SAFETY PERSONNEL RETIREMENT BOARD PROPOSED ACTION: 1. Reappoint Jay Mathias as the citizen representative to the Fire and Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement Boards, for a four year term ending October 28, 2021. 2. Reappoint Joe Hernandez as the Fire representative to the Fire Public Safety Personnel Retirement Board, for a four year term ending October 28, 2021. 3.
