ROSEWOOD GOLF VILLAS FINAL PLAT STIPULATION MODIFICATION PROPOSED ACTION: Approve the amendment of the stipulations of approval applicable to the Final Plat for Rosewood Golf Villas at Estrella Mountain Ranch, approved by City Council on December 15, 2014, by revising Stipulation No. 1 to allow development of common open space area Tract J as a fitness garden instead of a swimming pool, and add a new Stipulation No. 20 which clarifies the requirements for local streets constructed with a cross section that is less than the city of Goodyear minimum street cross section, as more specifically stated in the Recommendation section of the Council Action Report.
