APPOINTMENT TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION PROPOSED ACTION: 1. Appoint Walt Steiner to the Planning and Zoning Commission, to fulfill a term expiring February 9, 2018, or until his successor is appointed and qualified. 2.
