APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA FOR THE I-10 AND SR 303L INTERCHANGE PHASE 2 LANDSCAPING PROJECT PROPOSED ACTION: 1. Authorize the Mayor or designee to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Arizona, acting by and through its Department of Transportation, to establish responsibility for funding, installation, operation, and maintenance of landscaping to be constructed with the I-10/SR 303L Traffic Interchange Phase 2 landscaping project. 2.
