Appoint Michael Belsan and Jennifer Preyer-Bolson to two year terms to the Self-Insured Healthcare Trust Board expiring July 10, 2019. 3. Appoint Richard Newcomer to a one year term to the Self-Insured Healthcare Trust Board expiring July 10, 2018. 4. Appoint Finance Director Doug Sandstrom as the ex-officio member to the Self-Insured Healthcare Trust Board. 5. City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty.
