INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GOODYEAR AND THE CITY OF PHOENIX PROPOSED ACTION: Approve an IGA between the City of Goodyear and City of Phoenix that will allow Goodyear to obtain access to the Sales Tax System with data supplied by the Arizona Department of Revenue, and authorize the City Manager to sign on behalf of the City.
