PROPOSED ACTION: Authorize the Mayor or designee to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment One (JPA 17-0006402-I) with the Arizona Department of Transportation for the purchase of traffic signs with Federal funds, and authorize a budget transfer to expend the Federal funding.
