Applicant presentation (10 minutes) d. Receive public comment (3 minutes per speaker) e. Close public hearing 2. Recommend that City Council conditionally rezone approximately 1,371 acres generally located west of Estrella Parkway, south of Westar Drive and north of Willis Road, commonly known as Montecito, as set forth in the draft of Ordinance No. 2018-1380 attached hereto and subject to the stipulations included in the draft of Ordinance No. 2018-1380 and as reflected in the Montecito Planned Area Development Regulatory Standards Booklet dated January 3, 2018 (Alex Lestinsky, Planner II)
