DEMOLITION CONTRACT FOR CITY-OWNED PROPERTY AT COTTON LANE AND INDIAN SCHOOL ROAD RECOMMENDATION: Approve funding for a demolition contract with Civil SBD in the amount of $180,000 regarding city owned property at the southwest corner of Cotton Lane and Indian School Road and authorize the City Manager to sign the contract and to authorize a budget transfer to use the City Manager Contingency to fund this item. PURPOSE: The city owns a rectangular 40 acre tract of land at the southwest corner of Cotton Lane and Indian School Road which requires the demolition of buildings and structures in order to complete environmental remediation on the property.
