ENVIRONMENTAL AND REMEDIATION CONTRACT FOR CITY-OWNED PROPERTY AT COTTON LANE AND INDIAN SCHOOL ROAD RECOMMENDATION: Approve funding in the amount of $90,100 for environmental survey and remediation of city owned property at the southwest corner of Cotton Lane and Indian School Road and authorize a budget transfer to use the City Manager Contingency to fund this item. PURPOSE: The city owns a rectangular 40 acre tract of land at the southwest corner of Cotton Lane and Indian School Road that requires environmental remediation in order for the property to be viable for development.
