RESCHEDULE THE MARCH 13, 2017 COUNCIL MEETING TO MARCH 06, 2017 RECOMMENDATION: Approve rescheduling the March 13, 2017 Regular Council Meeting to March 06, 2017 due to several Council members attending the National League of Cities Conference. PURPOSE: The National League of Cities Conference will be held March 11-15, 2017 in Washington D.C. Several members of the City Council plan to attend this meeting.
