RATIFICATION OF THE 2017 SPRING TRAINING TICKET PRICES RECOMMENDATION: Ratify the 2017 Spring Training ticket prices. PURPOSE: Staff is seeking ratification of the 2017 Spring Training ticket prices. The 2017 ticket prices include a $2 per ticket increase applied to all seating sections (excluding Berm). In addition to the $2 increase, an additional $1 will be charged on all tickets purchased on the “Day of Game”. As part of this strategy, the teams have agreed to allocate an additional $1 per every ticket sold to the facility fee which funds capital replacement for the ballpark facilities.
