NEW SERIES 10 AND A NEW SERIES 12 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR NEW YORK PIZZA DEPT RECOMMENDATION: Approve a request from Andrea Lewkowitz, agent for Ziegler’s NYPD, LLC, dba New York Pizza Dept., for a new Series 10 liquor license #10076829, and a new Series 12 liquor license #1207A827, located at 18209 W. Calistoga Drive, Goodyear, Arizona 85338 (Generally located north of the northeast corner of Calistoga Drive and West Galveston Street in Estrella). PURPOSE: Ms. Lewkowitz has applied for a new Series 10 and a new Series 12 liquor license for New York Pizza Dept.
