Calistoga Drive, Goodyear, Arizona 85338 (Generally located north of the northeast corner of Calistoga Drive and West Galveston Street in Estrella). PURPOSE: Ms. Lewkowitz has applied for a new Series 10 and a new Series 12 liquor license for New York Pizza Dept.
