APPOINTMENTS TO THE FIRE/BUILDING/CODE APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDATION: 1. Reappoint Pete Lamphere to serve on the Fire/Building/Code Appeals Board as the Electrical representative with a term expiring December 31, 2021. 2. Appoint Montez Love to serve on the Fire/Building/Code Appeals Board as the Mechanical/Plumbing representative with a term expiring December 31, 2021. 3. Appoint Jeffrey Fecteau as the Alternate (Electrical) representative with a term expiring December 31, 2021. 4. City Clerk will give the Oath of Loyalty. PURPOSE: Appointments to the Fire/Building/Code Appeals Board are a requirement of the International Building Code and the International Fire Code adopted by the city.
