APPOINTMENTS TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: 1. Appoint Jerry Wilson and Annie Stephens to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission with terms expiring December 31, 2020. 2. Reappoint Raquel Landefeld and Michael Padilla to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission with terms expiring December 31, 2020. 3. Appoint Kiesha Beard as an alternate, non-voting member to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission. 4. City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty. PURPOSE: The City Council Subcommittee recently reviewed applicants for the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission in order to fill four vacancies that expired December 03, 2016. The Council Subcommittee recommended that Annie Stephens and Alternate Jerry Wilson be appointed to full member status. In addition, they recommended that Raquel Landefeld and Michael Padilla be reappointed and Kiesha Beard be appointed as an alternate member to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission.
