APPOINTMENTS TO THE ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: 1. Appoint Ingrid Coyle to the Arts and Culture Commission for a three year term expiring on December 31, 2019. Appoint Kali Canedo to the Arts and Culture Commission to replace Katherine Miller with the term expiring on December 31, 2017. 2. Re-appoint Karen Olson and Melinda Donovan to the Arts and Culture Commission for three-year terms expiring on December 31, 2019. 3. Appoint Joanna Szydlo-Moore as Alternate with a term expiring December 31, 2019. 4. City Clerk will administer the Oath of Loyalty. PURPOSE: The Council Subcommittee reviewed applications and interviewed applicants on November 4 and November 9, 2016. The Council Subcommittee is recommending Ingrid Coyle to fill a vacant voting member seat, to move Kali Canedo from alternate to voting member and Joanna Szydlo-Moore to fill the vacated alternate seat.
