ACCEPT WATER AND SEWER EASEMENTS AND A SOUTHWEST GAS CROSSING LICENSE FOR ESTRELLA PARCEL 9.8 RECOMMENDATION: Accept the dedication of the Water and Sewer Easements along with the approval of the Southwest Gas Crossing License associated with Estrella Parcel 9.8. PURPOSE: The dedications of the Water and Sewer Easements are along the northwesterly side of Estrella Parcel 9.8. They are being dedicated by NNP III-Estrella Mountain Ranch, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and the Villages at Estrella Mountain Ranch Community Association, an Arizona nonprofit corporation, to provide for the placement, operation, repair and replacement of the water and sewer facilities. Also included is the Southwest Gas Crossing License, which is associated with one of the water line easements that crosses the existing Southwest Gas Line. (Linda R. Beals, Real Estate Coordinator)
